Cross cultural miscue

Cross cultural miscues are one of the gate ways to conflicts as our brains tend to misinterpret what we see, hear and other none verbal communication signs.
We do so simply we reflect what we have been taught in our cultures and environment. The way we are raised affects our interpretations over others.
For instance, some people come out from the shower with soap on the skin, they remain with it, if you ask them they will tell you their own story saying the soaps have special chemicals to kill germs, removing it from the skin is becoming irresponsible to your health, while those who rinse off  claim to become cleaner.

The best way to avoid the misinterpretations is to open up by asking as to why people behave the way they do,  by so doing learn more of other cultures.

Secondly don't judge the others cultures using the cultural standards of your own culture, because what you will try to say is my culture is superior to yours while it isn't in really sense. No superior cultures at all.
